Once these settings are enabled and after a reservation took place, the Google Meet link will be available in the following places:

  • Inside the event details in any destination Google Calendar linked to the availability plan for which the reservation was made.
  • In any notification email that includes the Google Meet link placeholder (under the Reservation group) in the email template.
  • Inside the reservation details panel in the backend for the Admin or Service Provider.
  • Inside the reservation details panel in the frontend for the Customer.

This allows for convenient access to the Google Meet link associated with each reservation, making it easy for all parties involved to join virtual meetings effortlessly.
